| dc.description | Known prostaglandins (PG), leukotrienes (LT) and their metabolites were analyzed by LC-MS/MS in plasma and organ samples harvested 80 min after an injection of LPS (1 mg/kg i.v.). In addition to the control LPS-injected group, the dataset includes data from animals subjected to splenectomy or to inhibition of LT biosynthesis with MK-886. The groups, as well as the analytes, are listed in a separate PDF file. Methodological details can be provided, upon request, by the principal investigator. |
