dc.description Sheet Transpiration experiment- raw data of tomato fruit transpiration as a function of fruit development. The experiment was carried out by Picarro G2508 analyzer (Picarro Inc., Santa Clara, CA, USA) which measured the concentration of water and carbon dioxide inside of glass flask where tomatoes fruits were incubated for 30 min. Sheet- Tomato superficial area- Raw data of tomato fruit superficial area were measured through tomography 3d images, this data was used to normalize the data of transpiration. Sheet- Tomato fruit diamenter- Raw data of diameter of tomato fruits as function as their development which calculated using ImageJ software through photography taken every day of the tomato plant.
