This file contains the R script used to perform ACE twin modeling analyses in the CARDEC Twins study considering the dental caries as outcome. The script includes data preparation steps, model specification, estimation procedures, and output generation for the decomposition of phenotypic variance into additive genetic (A), shared environmental (C), and non-shared environmental (E) components. The script is provided to support transparency, reproducibility, and reuse and does not contain participant-level data.
