This file contains the R script used to perform ACE twin modeling analyses in the CARDEC Twins study considering trace (MCDASf) and state (FIS) anxiety. The script includes data preparation, model specification, and estimation procedures for decomposing phenotypic variance into additive genetic, shared environmental, and non-shared environmental components. The script is provided to support transparency and reproducibility and does not contain participant-level data.
