This file contains the R script used to perform ACE twin modeling analyses in the CARDEC Twins study, considering the Oral Health-Related Quality of Life (OHRQoL). The OHRQoL was assessed through CPQ11-14 instrument. The script includes data preparation steps, model specification, estimation procedures, and output generation for decomposing phenotypic variance into additive genetic (A), shared environmental (C), and non-shared environmental (E) components. The script is provided to support transparency, reproducibility, and reuse and does not contain participant-level data.
