Description:
This project generated experimental data on locomotor performance in Xenopus laevis under controlled thermal
and immunological conditions. The dataset comprises measurements of locomotor endurance (total distance
traveled and time spent moving until exhaustion) and jump force (maximum resultant force, in Newtons),
obtained at three temperatures (15, 22, and 27 °C) and under two treatments (control and LPS-induced immune
challenge). Additional variables include individual body mass, treatment group, temperature condition, and time
post-injection (1 h and 24 h). The project also produced raw and processed datasets, as well as statistical
analysis scripts developed in R.
