Compilation of datasets obtained in the five clinical trials conducted in the Department of Pediatric Dentistry, in the School of Dentistry, University of São Paulo. The dataset contains anonymised information on participants of these clinical trials, with variables related to the children, type of tooth, initial condition of the included teeth and variables related to the techniques used for the endodontic treatment. Outcomes are separated into failure after 12 months, failure after 24 months and global failure, along with the time at which the failure occurred.
